  • JUCCCE, a non-profit organization, accelerates the greening of China. JUCCCE's role is to enable multi-stakeholder collaboration to catalyze systemic change in these key drivers of energy use in China- urbanization, industry, and consumption. JUCCCE's unique strength is our ability to quickly convene and activate high-level influencers across all sectors and across borders. We leverage our domestic government and media channels, and international organization partnerships to create a strong launchpad for our projects

Team leader - Training & Development (Corporate & Investment Banking)

  • • Facilitated 350+ training sessions to enable 2500+ employees in continued professional development & map competency clusters to job requirement. Administered specialized skill training on coaching, negotiation skills and corporate culture
  • • Managed the integration and development of 100 employees under the ‘Management Trainee’ program across India
  • • Developed employee capacity by leading programs such as employee orientation, overview on financial services, leadership development workshops etc; thereby reducing overall operational cost to the business unit
  • • Conceptualized modules for increased employee efficiencies and created internal benchmark system for appraisals
