  • Providing on-site support for Concurrent Systems HXC solution installed in Zain Sudan
  • Integration of Ericsson’s Charging System 5.0 and Concurrent System’s HXC solutions with the new Ericsson convergent billing system CBiO (Charging and Billing in One) for Zain Sudan. This involves, scoping of work, analyzing customer’s requirements, configuration of service and acceptance testing with customer.
  • Integration of new AIR systems with CS5.0 and HXC solutions.
