Bio

Combining my ten years of supply chain work experience with my Six Sigma certification and MBA education, I have led supply chain and process improvement initiatives that have met and exceeded a variety of key metrics. I find success by collaborating across business lines to address customer needs through forecasting and demand planning, developing vendors to maintain and improve on time product availability through joint planning and delivery, as well as set goals for order completion, inventory turns, excess and obsolescence. I am both a strategic and tactical leader who is skilled at coaching and developing direct reports and vendors by fostering a metrics-based and results-oriented culture.
