  • Initiated partnerships with the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and London boroughs, raising £32m of finance for the implementation of welfare to work strategies to assist over 12,000 people find work.
  • Wrote three London Councils’ European Social Fund (ESF) employment strategies and procured the services of 100+ organisations to implement them successfully.
  • Built a partnership with 12 of the largest housing associations in London to commit £2m working capital to deliver DWP welfare to work activities.
