Bio

A recent MBA graduate (Dec. 2014), possessing solid experience in budgeting and financial analysis for a global telecom player and most recently of an internal consultant for the Strategy & Decision Support Team of UBC. Possessing excellent communication and presentation skills, gained significant exposure to senior management from early on in career. Early successes include being a key contributor to company-wide yearly budgeting process, monthly forecasts, report generation for local and overseas management and investor relation report in addition to doing various analyses to provide key insights of various issues.

Most recent accomplishment include leveraging superior MS Excel skills to design a research tool for University of British Columbia enabling departments to easily track and plan research related costs and identify any indirect cost recovery loss.

The last challenge of my MBA has taken me overseas – at the Melbourne Business School, allowing me to learn a more global perspective of today’s business world. Being in competition in a classroom setting with smart & talented people in the leading business schools has enhanced my skills significantly.

Constantly praised as a go-getter as well as a solid team player, I work best with multi-disciplinary teams with a strong commitment to delivery and under pressure to meet stringent deadlines. Key strengths are superior analytical skills and an acute eye to details making me ideal for undertaking complex projects to facilitate management decisions.
