Charmed by China
Javier Garcia
Lulu, our China correspondent, tracked Garcia down on the lawn of the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. CEIBS is Asia's leading business school and the first from the region to break into the top ten worldwide in the FT's ranking. CEIBS is also the first Chinese university to receive funding from a foreign government, namely the European Commission in 1994.
Garcia, a Harvard grad, wants to create "bridges of understanding" between China and Latin America. Frankly, if he can't do it, no one can.

Dear Javier, thanks for your candid answers. What would your recommendation be for international students who are considering this option ?
