Flexible study options of the FinTech and Cybersecurity Online MBA

The FinTech and Cybersecurity Online MBA program offers a flexible completion time, allowing students to choose between an accelerated or slower pace of study. The coursework follows an application-based teaching approach, utilizing case studies and real-world examples to enhance practical understanding.

While the program is primarily delivered online, students can gain an in-campus experience by participating in activities that facilitate interactions with classmates and professors. This blend of online and in-person components seeks to provide a comprehensive and well-rounded learning experience for the students enrolled in the MBA program.

Explaining the aims of the course, Dr Deepak Kumar Saxena, assistant professor, School of Management & Entrepreneurship, said: "The objectives of this program are two-fold. One, to equip students with knowledge and skills in the field of Fintech-based business management. Second, to impart actionable knowledge on issues surrounding the impact of cyber security and related risks to businesses and governments. While the students will be suitable to take jobs in the field of management and fintech in particular, the objective of the program is also to prepare them for managerial and analytics roles in the cybersecurity domain.

"Students who graduate with a degree in fintech and cybersecurity can pursue careers in investment banking systems development, corporate treasury management, corporate financial analytics, or financial consulting for digital transformation, and cybersecurity in corporations," he added.
