Chevening Scholarships has now opened scholarship applications for students looking to study for a master’s abroad at a university in the UK.

The fully funded scholarships are aimed at students from across the world and cover flights, accommodation, and course fees.

Scholarships can be used for one-year master’s degrees, including business master’s such as the Master in Management, Master in Finance, or Master of Accounting.

To be eligible, candidates must come from a Chevening-eligible country, return to their country of citizenship for at least two years after graduating, have completed an undergraduate degree, and be able to demonstrate at least two years of work experience in their application. 

Since a Master in Management program at a top business school in the UK, such as London Business School, can cost around £45k, such study abroad master’s scholarships offer a great way to reduce the financial burden of a business degree. 

Students wishing to use the Chevening scholarship to cover the cost of an MBA will receive an award that’s capped at £22k, which only applies for MBA programs.  

The application process is competitive, with 60,000 applications received for the 2022-2023 academic year. Students must submit their application by 7 November 2023.
