Deadlines


FOR ALL CAMPAIGN DELIVERABLES


Please note asset deadlines are vital to successful campaigns.

For this reason, we ask for all assets to be provided by deadline at the >latest. Deadlines reflect the time we need to set up your deliverables. If we receive assets late, it may mean your campaign has to be rescheduled.


We know that sometimes you may come up against issues that cause delays. If you expect to have an issue working to schedule please contact kat@businessbecause.com and your GMAC MD for support.

Display Advertising


Requirements:


  • Creative/tags
  • Campaign start/end dates
  • Click-through URL (UTMs are accepted)
  • Rich media creative require a GIF backup;

Content & Social Campaigns


Requirements:


School or agency attendance at a kick off meeting with your key editorial contact (at your editorial kick off, we will talk through your content and schedule)

School or agency approval of mockups (sent by editorial contact ahead of scheduled live date)


Key Editorial Contact:


You will be assigned a dedicated editorial member from the BB team at the beginning of your campaign. This editorial contact will help strategize your content.


Social Amplification:


Our social media team will devise key messaging for your social plan along with optimized ad headlines. The client will not need to provide assets.

Social campaigns will only be set live once we have published your article and usually last 1 week.


Scheduling:


We aim for total articles and video pieces to be split evenly across your campaign.

If you would like these to be otherwise scheduled, please contact and inform your editorial contact to arrange this.

Native Advertising


Requirements:


Geotargeting information

Deadline:  1 week prior to start date


Scheduling:


Total native impressions will be split evenly across your article series unless otherwise advised.

If you would like these to be otherwise scheduled, please contact and inform production@businessbecause.com to arrange this during campaign kick-off.

Requirements (Each E-Blast):

Pre-header

Seed names for your send list (non-essential, but beneficial)

Deadline:  1 week prior to the e-blast send date


Scheduling:


We will schedule the dates for your e-blast, working send dates to client request.

Your E-Blast schedule will be shared on your media plan or via email exchange.

We will submit one test send for client approval, this will be sent when we receive the required assets listed above.

Beyond the end date, your premium profile will be switched off and archived.

MBA.com Premium Profile


By purchasing Premium Profile services from GMAC Media, you can use BOTH BusinessBecause and MBA.com profile services


Requirements:


All creatives / assets provided for BusinessBecause Premium Profile (Page 10) will be included where possible on MBA.com

Clear list of programs to be boosted

Each program must be registered by the school for an MBA.com profile (Page 13)

Deadline:  1 working week prior to the service’s start date.


Scheduling:


We will schedule the live date for your profile by working to the overall campaign start date – if a different live date is preferred, please communicate this with Production.

Your profile live and end dates will be shared on your media plan or via email exchange.

Beyond the end date, your premium profile will return to basic format.

Any mid-campaign update to your profile will take up to 4 working days to complete.


Eligibility:


For any program to have eligibility for an MBA.com profile, they must be registered here

Your program is likely to already be registered, this has connections to other GMAC services.

This will mean your program has an MBA.com profile, which we can then ‘boost’ to become premium, making the program a featured listing and enriching it with content. Please note, search positions are not guaranteed


Maintenance:

This is useful for quick updates, such as deadline changes. However, we are also able and happy to help make changes to your profile.


Support:


Your GMAC MD and Production@businessbecause.com will be able to support you in eligibility and maintenance processes if needed.

Any mid-campaign update to your profile will take up to 4 working days to complete.

Lead Generation


Requirements:


  • Name and email address of contact nominated


  • Password creation to access leads


  • Any additional contacts to receive email reminders*


* To set up our Lead Gen service, we begin with one nominated contact per client.

Once you are set up to receive leads, you may then provide us with additional contacts (max 5) to also receive reminder emails, and log in using the same credentials

Scheduling:

Your live and end dates will be shared on your media plan or via email exchange.

Once lead generation has been set up, you will receive weekly emails containing a link to our portal and reminding you to login and download the latest set of data.

Beyond the end date, you will no longer be able to log into our portal and access the leads from there.

Webinars


Requirements:

Deadline:  6 working week prior to the service’s start date.


Scheduling:


Please let us know during campaign confirmation process which month you would like to host your webinar.

We will then provide a suitable date for your webinar. Availability for webinar dates is on a first come first serve basis. We will endeavour to provide a date of your preference.

Our editor will contact you with a kick off webinar plan, once your webinar is confirmed, to confirm the details for the webinar.

During the lead up to your webinar, we will design and create copy for your promotional marketing material (we will optimise all your promotional activity for the webinar, including social marketing - therefore there is no need for an approvals process).

Post webinar, we will send you the first name, last name and email address for all registrants who have opted-in to be contacted by your school.
