Finance was the most popular route for PKU Guanghua MBA graduates in 2021, with 26.4% of grads joining the industry—a slight decrease from 32.3% in 2020.
Technology was the second most popular option, with 21.8% of grads entering the tech world. That’s a significant increase from 13.5% in 2020, indicating a growing interest in being at the forefront of companies’ ongoing digital transformation.
The third most popular sector among PKU Guanghua MBA grads was consumer goods, with 12.6% launching a career in the field in 2021, up from 10.4% the year before.
The class of 2021 also ended up in consulting, education, media, government, manufacturing, and real estate.
While real estate was the fourth most favored path for grads in 2020, with 7.3% joining the industry, 2021’s fourth most popular industry was education, accounting for 9.2% of the cohort.
