Each year, employer and brand comparison site Comparably produces a ranking of companies with the best benefits. The  2025 list highlights those that excel in offering comprehensive packages, from healthcare to stock options, and flexible paid time off (PTO) to unique incentives.

So, here’s a look at the top 15 companies with the best benefits for employees, based on feedback from employees themselves.

15. Nucor Corporation

The steel manufacturer Nucor Corporation offers its workers a range of perks and benefits, which average to represent between $500 and $1000 cash value per month.

Employees receive between 15 to 20 paid days off a year, and can benefit from a range of health and wellness perks including health insurance, dental insurance, and a gym membership or reimbursement. Almost three-quarters (73%) of employees rate Nucor Corporation a great place to work.

"Nucor does a great job of paying and giving back to the teammates," wrote one Nucor Corporation employee, within the Comparably survey. "Decisions that are made are made with the teammates in mind."


14. ArcBest

ArcBest offers a work environment that stands out due to its flexibility and comprehensive benefits. Employees benefit from a generous PTO policy and a variety of insurance plans, giving them financial peace of mind as they balance career demands. The logistics company's benefits and PTO package averages to represent around $1000 to $1500 cash value per month.

"I appreciate the combination of financial stability, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive perks—such as health coverage, retirement contributions, and work-life flexibility," wrote one employee.


13. MedCare MSO

The management services firm MedCare MSO supports its employees with a range of benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and performance bonuses. Paid maternity and paternity leave are also offered by the company, with its benefits package averaging to represent between $500 and $1000 cash value per month.

"The best part of my compensation package is the flexibility and additional perks, such as health benefits and performance bonuses," wrote one MedCare MSO employee. "These elements make me feel valued and help maintain a healthy work-life balance."


12. Pipedrive

A leader in sales and CRM software, Pipedrive supports its employees with a comprehensive compensation structure which includes health, vision, and dental insurance, a retirement plan, and performance bonuses. Pipedrive also offers a generous PTO allowance, granting workers up to 30 days of annual leave.

According to one survey respondent, "The best part of my compensation package is the comprehensive health benefits, including health days policy, medical insurance, and benefit cards. These provide great support for maintaining a healthy work-life balance and overall wellbeing."


11. Teleperformance

Teleperformance, a leader in outsourced customer service and support, offers a range of compensation incentives that enhance its already competitive base pay. In addition to a solid foundation of health insurance plans, the company encourages employees to boost their income through performance-based bonuses, appealing to those looking for both stability and reward.

"The best part of the compensation package at Teleperformance is the combination of a competitive salary and government benefits, plus additional perks such as night differential, performance incentives, HMO coverage, and career growth opportunities," wrote one employee.


10. CarGurus

CarGurus, a top automotive research and shopping platform, provides employees with excellent healthcare benefits, flexible working arrangements, and tuition reimbursement, supporting both the personal and professional growth of its workers. Employees can also earn uncapped commission, creating a sense of investment in the company's growth.

"I love my compensation package," wrote one CarGurus employee. "My salary is fair, my bonuses are great, I have the best health insurance, 100% of my parking expenses are paid for. I really can't think of a single thing another company offers that is better."


9. Calix

The telecommunications firm Calix is one of the top 10 companies for employee perks, offering a package of benefits which averages to represent a cash value of $1500 to $2500 per month. Alongside a range of benefits including paid holiday, extensive health insurance, and performance bonuses, Calix's employee stock purchase plan gives employees the chance to own equity in the company.

"Pay and health benefits are generous, along with incredible perks like the lifestyle reimbursement program and amazing professional development opportunities which are funded and encouraged by management," wrote one employee review.


8. Hoshizaki America

At Hoshizaki America, a food service equipment manufacturer, employees are compensated with a generous PTO package of up to 30 days off. Other perks include tuition reimbursement, a retirement plan, performance bonuses, and health insurance packages.

One Hoshizaki America employee commented on these benefits: "I love all the perks for employees because its just one way of showing they care about their employees. It's important to feel valued and appreciated, which increases longevity."


7. Paycom

Paycom, a pioneer in payroll and HR software, doesn’t just offer competitive salaries—it also provides employees with multiple avenues to increase their earnings, such as stock investments. 

"There are more benefits than I can take advantage of, the benefit compensation packages are very inclusive at Paycom, including prices and premiums that are more than fair," wrote a Paycom employee. "This includes a wide range, from retirement and life insurance to pet care, wellness, stocks, and much more."


6. Elsevier

A global leader in information and decision support for science and healthcare, the publishing company Elsevier provides its employees with a comprehensive benefits scheme—from a generous PTO allowance to the chance to own equity in the company. The publisher's perks also include health insurance packages, performance bonuses, and a retirement plan.

One employee recognizes these benefits in particular: "I appreciate the performance-based bonuses and incentives, which recognize and reward hard work. The health benefits and other perks like wellness programs also add a lot of value."


5. Alkami Technology

Alkami Technology, a digital banking solutions provider, offers an extensive range of perks which amount to an average cash value of between $1000 and $1500 a month. These benefits include health insurance, PTO, legal assistance, performance bonuses, and an employee stock purchase plan.

"Alkami's competitive compensation packages include great pay and benefits, and nice perks that support overall wellbeing," one employee commented. "The healthcare, retirement plans, and incentives make a real difference in quality of life and financial security."


4. Breakers Palm Beach

The Breakers Palm Beach resort isn't just known for treating its guests well—its employees are also rewarded with a generous benefits package. Health insurance, a PTO policy of up to 30 days, tuition reimbursement, and performance bonuses are just some of the perks Breakers Palm Beach workers receive.

"The insurance plan is great, as well as the wellness incentives, and even the ability to volunteer while being paid for it is very generous. As we give back, they reward us," one employee stated.

3. Adobe

Starting off the top three in our list of the companies with the best employee benefits is Adobe, with a creative software suite that is world-renowned—as are its employee benefits. 

Adobe’s comprehensive benefits package reflects its commitment to empowering employees. The company’s unlimited PTO policy gives workers the flexibility to manage their schedules and well-being without the constraints of traditional vacation limits, fostering a culture of trust and autonomy.

"Adobe has provided benefits, wellness perks, and a surprise extra thank you for outstanding work handling major customer emergencies," one employee told Comparably. 


2. Radiance Technologies

The runner-up for best employee benefits is Radiance Technologies, an employee-owned technology solutions company. All of Radiance Technologies' workers become shareholders and receive extensive benefits including tuition reimbursement, performance bonuses, health insurance, and up to 30 days PTO.

One employee believes that these perks contribute to a positive workplace culture and greater productivity: "I think that employees are truly performing at their best because they have a vested interest in the company and the success of their colleagues."

Coming in first place within this list is Google—leading the way in employee benefits, as well as groundbreaking innovations. To help retain employees, the company provides robust compensation packages alongside a commitment to professional development and well-being, making it one of the most coveted workplaces in the tech industry.

Google's benefits and perks average at a cash value of over $2500 a month, consisting of unlimited time off, performance bonuses, and an employee stock purchase plan.

"Overall, Google's compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent, and the company's commitment to employee well-being and professional development makes it an attractive employer for many," one employee wrote.
