University of Birmingham - Online MBA Clinical Leadership

Online MBA Clinical Leadership

Lead future clinical change

Aging populations, greater patient expectations, rising healthcare costs and the growing prevalence of chronic disease – to meet these challenges, we urgently need smarter, more efficient healthcare systems driven by decisive and innovative health services leadership.

The University of Birmingham’s online MBA Clinical Leadership was voted Top 10 in Europe by QS Online MBA Rankings 2023 and was ranked 19th in the UK for Business and Management Studies by QS in 2022. It offers working professionals the opportunity to develop the high-level management skills they need to spearhead smarter, more value-based patient care solutions. In a field calling out for investment, the demand for clinical leadership and management can only increase - even before the COVID-19 pandemic, global healthcare spending was expected to rise by 5% annually between 2019 and 2023.

“As a clinician, my first priority will always be my patients. But I also have huge commitments to my staff and to my organisation. The MBA course has definitely given me the knowledge and confidence to deal with all my commitments effectively.” Wilson Lopez, Online MBA
