How happy must Harvard Professor Paul Gompers be? His class on start-up finance got Section J of the class of 2008 all up in the lecture hall aisles grooving and singing about termsheets and Sarbanes Oxley.

Sure, they sound a little like nails on a chalkboard, but with a hook like "Take your firm down and sell it all around", who's complaining?

If this performance isn't enough to make you want to move to Harvard Business School, check the pouting sailor boy around 1.38.
