So far, so good
Usyd is a great uni! Professors are super caring, interesting, and passionate! I am an exchange student, and compared to my home uni, Usyd is super relaxed and chill. The library is super crowded, though.
Majoring in marketing and Economics
I absolutely love the way my university runs classes and different workshops for every unit, there is a lot of support from the university apart from the tutors such as the library offering help regarding writing assignments. Academically the university is excellent, from a career point of view, the university offers various career programs that enhance your interview skills, CV skills etc. The units I am enrolled in not only improve your soft skills but also focus on soft skills that employers are readily looking for these days.
The facilities and the program
I will start my Masters in Publishing this year. The Students Services Office has been outstanding as I have been well informed all the time. The facilities at the University are great and I am very excited to start my postgraduate studies there.
My USYD Experience
From my perspective, the University of Sydney is a spectacular university, and it is not out of the question as to why it is considered one of the best universities in the world. As a person who likes walking and exploring a lot, the university's large size and amazing facilities leave me astonished and fascinated. It can be a bit of a hassle to get to certain classes should it rain however, but outside of that, it's a fun place to go to. Personally, I would recommend studying at the University of Sydney, especially if you love Sydney.
The University of Sydney is one the high class Universities in the world, the learning resources at the campus is extremely comprehensive, for instance Fisher library as one the Fisher Library is the largest and first branch of the library system.
A world-class education
While state-of-the-art technology and equipment, and up-to-date research are an absolute plus to have in your field of study at university, a program that experientially instils the content in you, prepares you to readily take on the world, tops it all. Sydney University accomplishes this by aiming to understand how each unit of study is relevant in the current world, and develops them accordingly. While this is true for almost every degree at the University from my observation, a few things in my experience truly set my engineering degree apart. There is a wholly separate unit running through the duration of the course that is dedicated to developing career prospects and etiquettes of aspiring engineers. Moreover, they hardly shy away from statistics that show a greater percentage of engineers opting for an alternate career path post graduation, and instead use it to further emphasise that the professionalism and leadership honed is what will help everyone succeed.
First class exposure and quality education
I did my masters from The University of Sydney in 2018 and have now settled in professional life. The uni gave me enough exposure to withstand the outside world The curriculum was well designed and well taugh I would highly recommend The University of Sydney for those who are looking for great exposure, quality education and amazing Campus life
