On Saturday, 15th September, New York-based alumni from top Europan business school, MIP Politecnico di Milano gathered together for a networking aperitivo at foodie mecca Eataly near Madison Square Park.
As well as being treated to delicious Italian goodies, MIP alumni also heard Eataly's CFO Adam Saper talking about how the business has been such a hit with both food critics and the public.
It was a great opportunity to listen to an exciting Italian entrepreneurial adventure in the States and to meet up once again with friends and ex classmates.
Eataly is a high-end Italian food market chain which first opened in Turin, Italy, in January 2007. The New York City Eataly opened in August 2010 with over 50,000 square feet (4,600 m2) of groceries and tasting rooms. It is co-owned by celebrity chef Mario Batali.
Here are some photos from the event!
